Your computer as shown here, allows 2x8GB of RAM.  You can use CPUID CPU-Z (spd) tab to get info on what is in the unit. If you get a matching module, it would be cheaper. (Supports up to PC4-19200 (DDR4-2400)).

The other part of your question would require you to clone the existing 256 GB NMVe to a larger sized device. That involves an external USB3 to NVMe enclosure, cloning, and swapping out the devices.    Macrium manual
