I want to change my graphic card to a GTX 1060

Those look like acceptable choices.

Measure carefully either before or immediately after buying to make sure the new items will fit OK into your computer. In very small cases sizing is critical.

If your case is 6 inches wide as I suspect then that video card "should" fit height-wise. It is also a short-version so it "should" fit length-wise as well. But like shoes, you never know for sure about the fit until you actually know for "sure".

It remains a really good idea to find somebody to assist you with the upgrade, somebody who has some experience in these matters.

If you do it yourself be sure to map the existing power connections; list every wire you remove from the old power supply and make sure to attach all the new wires to the same places. There is nothing better than to have good notes to refer to. Some decent cellphone pictures might come in handy too before removing the old stuff. Don't just rely on your memory.

There should be left-over, unused wires on the power supply. No problem, just tuck them away neatly where they can't do any harm. Try to secure the unused wires with zip ties or twisties.

Good luck.
