Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

Filing complaints against a business, regardless of whether it is HP or another entity, is outside of our Community mission.

That said, I've forwarded a request that our Moderator team take a look...

Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other means to contact you.

Worth Noting

  • Our Community is a peer-to-peer user group.
  • We are not HP Technical Support -- We are not associated with HP Sales, Service, or Warranty.
  • Our request for assistance on your behalf does not guarantee HP will respond nor does our request influence the outcome.
  • The time frame (how long it takes) to receive a response from HP is not controlled by the Community.

Important

  • Do not contact phone or email posted in a public or private message from “new” members.

@iampi,

Just out of morbid curiosity, what is the nature of your complaint?

Kind Regards,

thanks. I understand

I am asking for a channel for the complaint, not a resolution to the complaint itself  since I do not feel it fair to bring this issue to BBB in name of HP, but apparently HP has some jurisdiction over its service partner

You are welcome.

Yeah, I get it...  I don't know whether -- or to what extent -- HP has influence over authorized service center operations.

Good Luck.
