Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to upgrade graphic card that system can't support (too small to install), I think eGPU could be a solution, but it requires Thunderbolt 3. So I'm trying to install Thunderbolt Express Card. There is one "Dell Precision T7820 T7920 Tower Thunderbolt 3 Add-In Card" on eBay, I'm not sure if I can install that card? There is also a Asus ThunderboltEX-3 card. Anyone tried?

Is this your computer:  HP Pavilion 690-0009 Gaming Desktop PC Product Specifications

 

As a "gaming" PC, it seems to have a good-quality video-adapter (DVI & HDMI &  DisplayPort.

Physically, it occupies the space of two slots -- as do most "high-end" video-adapters.
