The model number has more to it than posted. HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-1xxx, the xxx's need to be numbers as
IE: HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-1114
Depending on those numbers, it could be a HP Baker motherboard.
Depending on what the goal is, after knowing that info, do you now have a question?

As stated in my previous post, the complete model number is needed to give accurate information.
If it is a Baker motherboard, it is 29.09 x 23.3 cm (11.45 x 9.17 in) which is a custom size, almost the size for a ATX case, but not exact.

When changing a case, the most important thing to consider is to make sure the standoffs match the motherboard's original places and the back plate will accommodate the location. Using a different case usually is done to accommodate larger hardware IE: bigger power supply and bigger GPU, so keep that in mind. It does not need to be HP parts. The power supply for you motherboard is proprietary - it needs to be HP parts.
Here is thread on the Baker motherboard and the power supply upgrade.
Here is another thread about the same motherboard and similar upgrades as you.
