According to HP PartSurfer, your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2170m CTO (3V2Z3AV) is fitted with either a 310-watt (p/n: L89232-001) or a 400-watt (p/n: L69242-800 / L04618-800 / 942332-001) power supply -please take a look.
Regardless, I would recommend a 400-watt power supply, if only because it would enable you to power a decent graphics card.
You can purchase this power supply online, such as via this trusted eBay Seller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/404831203701?epid=3038039156&itmmeta=01HZNN9FQJ7V94ZN09MDT47ANY&hash=item5e....

Thank You, Thank You , Thank You!
I have the Ryzen 5700 and RTX3060 12Gb so I am guessing the 400W is the right part. I found the 310W on a random site but that did not sound right for my graphics card. The Part Surfer link was gold. I built my own PC's from the 90's until Fry's closed. This is my first pre-built and I did not think it would be this hard to find the parts.

You are most welcome!
Yea, the 400-watt power supply is good enough for an RTX 3060. I should know, because a 400-watt PSU performed just fine in one of my upgrade projects to power an RTX 3060: Solved: Upgrading to an HP ProDesk 600 G4 MT - HP Support Community - 8610054.
