Welcome to our HP community forum!
Your HP Desktop Pro 300 G6 Microtower PC (2D5F3AV) is likely fitted with either a 180-watt or 310-watt power supply. Please check the wattage on your power supply, and report back.
In order to power a serious gaming graphics card such as an RTX 4060, you'll need a minimum 400/500-watt power supply.
According to the specs, there is a 500-watt power supply available for your desktop, but HP didn't provide a part number.
However, based on the "P2" power cable config and power supply dimensions, I am pretty sure this 500-watt power supply has part number: L89233-001 (L77487-001 / L77487-003).
Not sure how you would purchase this power supply in your country, but this is what it looks like: https://www.ebay.com/itm/176198458106?chn=ps&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&amdata=enc%3A1WizOEuFkQxKo9SEz0mvi3w....
Its "P2" power connector looks like this:
Hope this was helpful.

In order to assist you, I need to know two things first: what power supply do you have (open up your case and read the power supply's label), and what graphics card do you have in mind to install in your desktop.

No, it does not, and you cannot add any PCIe power cable(s) to this power supply. Besides, a 180-watt power supply cannot power anything beyond a subpar GT 1030.
Like I mentioned in my previous message, in order to power a meaningful graphics card, you'll have to upgrade to the HP-proprietary 500-watt power supply I referenced, because your desktop is not compatible with an industry standard ATX power supply.

An old 250-watt power supply sourced from an old PC? -It is highly unlikely that this power supply is compatible with your desktop. What is the part number of this old power supply, and again: what graphics card do you have in mind to use?
