If the processor is not listed as compatible it will most likely not work.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what you need to know when upgrading the motherboard in an HP case or moving it to a new case.

What about like Ryzen 5 3600x or Ryzen 5 3300x or The cheapest Motherboard I can get that will support an core i7 11700k because I have one lying around and I want any motherboard does it matter what company I just want it to fit the case I have and support a core I7 11700 K

If you replace you motherboard, you will have to reinstall windows. ( Fyi your HP restore media will not work )

I have yet if to get a new pc but I am trying to connect my PS4 controller to my PC but whenever I try to pair it doesn’t detect it but does detect it on my phone Also it can detect my TV I have paired the same controller before and it worked perfectly

There is no way to change the speed of your memory. HP doesn't add Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP) to their BIOS/UEFI. They use the standard JEDEC's that are in the memory to set the speed. I don't like to recommend using third-party apps to overclock memory.
