HP Pavilion 690-0067c
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Pavilion 690-0067c that I want to upgrade the Power Supply in.  I know that user @Old_geekster mentioned in other posts that the PSU with part number: L05757-800 was compatible with this PC.  However, after looking at the original PSU and this upgrade option, it is clear that the upgrade would not fit.  It would not be able to line up with the mounting holes in the back.  Is there another PSU that would work?  I know this PC has an HP proprietary  PSU, and the L05757-800 model would technically work (electrical wise), but I do not think I could mount it without some serious modification of the case in the rear.

Am I missing something?  Model L05757-800 seems to pop up a lot in other threads as an upgrade for this PC, but I do not see how it could possibly fit.  I am attaching a photo of the PC, as well as the back of the L05757-800 PSU so you can see what I am talking about.  The upgrade PSU has extra bulk on the side (in the photo, its the bulk under the fan), and if i were to put this in the PC, it would not fit due to that bulk having to be where the back wall of the case is.

This is the PSU in my PC.HP PSU.jpg

This is the proposed upgrade PSU.

And here is another stock photo of the CURRENT power supply.  You can see how they are different.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
