Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0044
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Pavilion 590-p0044 with Ryzen5-2400g with Integrated Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics, and I want to upgrade to a Ryzen5-2600 processor. Does that mean I have to also get a separate graphics card?

Yes, you'll need a GPU because the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 doesn't have integrated graphics.
