I have a (Intel core i5 10300H) and a 87AD HP motherboard. I would like a list of compatible CPUs that are good for the new games, at least to the minimum.

The processor is definitely not removable/upgradable, so don't waste your time taking the notebook apart which would require quite a bit of work to remove the heat sink and whatnot and then having to clean the heat sink surfaces and reapply thermal paste, only to find that out the hard way.
No notebooks made by any manufacturer that have Intel 5th generation or newer core processors have removable processors.
They are all integral parts of the motherboard.
The only way to upgrade the processor would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

Hello Flydavid777.
Most of the modern laptops has a laser printed processor chips. So, it cannot be replaced. However, you will need to dismantling your laptop to check if the processor is removable or not.
