The information on the English version of the HP specs is not the correct out, the person in this thread did some internet sleuthing and found this out. In the English version, it incorrectly states that the PCI-E version is 2 but the French version states version 4 which is confirmed by HWinfo64. As you might know, PCI-e 4 does allow me to reach those speeds with no problem, at least I saw a graph that confirmed this.

I run a benchmark and it has an avarage speed of 3500 write and read speed. I hope this is helpful to someone.
