hello, i want to upgrade my ram and i want some help, what's the maximum Mhz?

The maximum memory speed is DDR4-2666.  You will find this information in the section titled "Memory upgrade information".  The maximum memory is 32 GB. 

 

Here is the memory that is recommended by Crucial Memory: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-590-p0027nq#memory

 

I suggest that you contact their Tech Support before buying any of the memory that is rated higher that DDR4-2666.  I don't believe that HP has built XMP's into the BIOS/UEFI to overclock the memory above 2666: https://www.pcgamer.com/what-are-xmp-profiles-and-how-do-i-use-them/

 

If they can assure you that it will work, go for it.  They guaranty their memory to work if they recommend it.

 

Also, you should take a look at the SSD's they recommend.  You can find them towards the bottom of the page with the memory.  A SSD boot drive will increase system performance considerably.  Here is the Upgrading and Service Guide for the computer: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05934592

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
