I have an HP Envy Desktop 750-514 and have purchased a 1TB SSD that I would like to replace both drives with. If I need to purchase another 1TB or larger SSD to complete this that is fine. I love the machine, but after making a couple of upgrades this seems to be the next step.I upgraded to a significant video card that has 4 HDMI outs, as I use 3 monitors and may go to 4. I also significantly upgraded the DDR.. Like I said I love this PC, and would rather upgrade than "buy a new car".How do I go about upgrading the drive or both if necessary?

Thank you!

You do have a few options.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05355651

You could install a higher capacity SATA 2.5" 7mm SSD.
You could add an additional SATA 2.5" 7mm SSD  to connect to one of the unused SATA headers on the motherboard.

You could use either double-sided  tape or velcro tape to safely and securely attach the new additional SSD.
