Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Compaq 6200 Pro Base Model Small Form Factor PC, according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04224518.pdf, is fitted with a 240-watt power supply (HP p/n: 613762-001 or 613763-001), which should be sufficient to power a GTX 1050 Ti (https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-gtx-1050-ti.c2885). Here is an example of an HP Compaq 6200 Pro SFF User with a GTX 1050 Ti: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/47862965.
In other words, if this GPU physically (LxWxH) fits in your case, you are good to go.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
