Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

 

I'm not 100% sure that the service manual is correct about notebooks with the AMD Athlon Silver3050U processors having two memory slots.

 

So if your notebook has one of those processors, open it up and check to see how many slots there are before buying 2 x 8 GB of memory.
