HP s3000 slimline pc. I have 2 isb ports, need to add 2 additional usb ports to operate.

How old is your PC? I can't find relevant MB information.

 

The MB would need an open PCIe slot to support additional USB ports by using a PCIe to USB adapter card.

 

You should also be able to find an PCI X1 to USB adapter if your MB is limited to only a PCI X1slot.
