Your HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2000a PC (404Q2PA) is fitted with an Erica6 motherboard (SSID: 8906), and according to: Power Supply Cross Reference for specific models - HP Support Community - 7483923

you could upgrade your power supply to a 400-watt unit with p/n: L04618-800 (with one 6+2-PCIe power supply cable), or a 500-watt PSU with HP p/n: L05757-800 (with one 6+2-PCIe and one 6-pin PCIe power cables).

These power supply units can be purchased through eBay.

Anyway, speaking of RAM, AVOID fancy gaming RAM such as "Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4", as you will get stuck at its "SPD" (default) RAM speed setting of 2133 MHz.

If you got one 16GB RAM module, best thing you can do is to purchase an identical RAM module for best performance and speed.

This is how you can determine what RAM you got: type CMD in your Windows search button, right-click on the Command Prompt App, then left-click on Run as administrator, and left-click again on Yes.  Then copy/paste/enter the following command:

wmic memorychip get devicelocator, manufacturer, partnumber, capacity, speed

And you should see something like this (using my PC):
