HP Pavilion Slimline s5713w Desktop PC

Would the GTX 550 work for my pc? If the gtx 550 ti deosnt work can anyone give me a good graphics card recommendation please

That gtx-550ti requires 300 watt supply and a 6 pin power connector according to TPU.

 

Unless I am mistaken, your power supply is about 200 watts and probably does not have that PCIe 6 pin cable.

 

You might want to read this article.  Note that the OEM is HP as the author put down the wrong name.

There is (or was) a 400 watt replacement that might work else that SeaSonic TFX 350 watt.

Thanks for your help I went to a pc shop and got the power supply now my pc is up and running
