Only the USDT's are supposed to have the 'S' processors.
I can only tell you what processors are supported according to the publications that are out there.
Unless in the 1 in 1000 chance that someone on this forum can confirm that they installed a 'K' processor in the 8200 Elite SFF, and it works, I doubt anyone will be able to help you.
Why not just go for the i7-2600 and max it out.
I don't believe in doing things half measure.

Hi:
No K or S processors are supported in the SFF, MT or CMT.
Here is the link to the quickspecs for the 8200 Elite model series.
The supported processors can be found on pages 8 and 9.

You're very welcome.
Did you check on Ebay for an i7-2600 by a seller that would mail it to Pakistan?
I think that would be the best way to go if is possible.
As far as the GT 1030...I can personally tell you that it works in the 8200 Elite CMT, because I installed one in mine. Works great.
I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work in the SFF.
It only draws 30 watts.
My 8200 Elite is running W10 on BIOS v02.28.
