My pc gets 100% gpu when playing some games then I get a black screen and crash. I checked my drivers and saw that two of my drivers are giving errors and I don't know how to fix them, Ive tried everything I could find on the internet but nothing works. Screenshot 2022-05-17 041229.png

@TableHammer,

Assuming your PC is fitted with a Nvidia GPU such as a GeForce GTX 1660 Super or GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, I would try the uninstall/reinstall Nvidia driver steps as follows:

1.) Download Guru3D's "Display Driver Uninstaller" (DDU) from here: https://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html

2.) Download your specific Nvidia GPU driver from here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

3.) Now reboot your desktop into safe mode, run DDU and remove all Nvidia display drivers.  Reboot into safe mode and install the new driver.  Reboot into your OS. -Unless you are having a driver conflict you should be good to go.

Disclaimer: I do not represent, work or speak for HP or Nvidia -or anyone else for that matter. I will not be held responsible for anything that may go wrong with applying these steps, do so at your own volition.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,

 Sorry for the late reply

Unfortunately the error has still not been resolved... I use GeForce Rtx 3060 btw.

I did notice that whenever I install Intel(R) Chipset Device software, the error gets erased for a while then comes back.

@TableHammer,

Excellent news!  -Often the easiest solutions happen to be the right solutions.  I must admit: I have chased my tail more than once before considering much more basic solutions.
