HP ENVY 23-d055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY 23-d039's motherboard(IPISB-NK) broke down (4 beeps from the speaker). So I've bought a new one and changed it. At the same times, i go a new CPU (i7-2600s). Now, after replacing the motherboard, the computer boots up, but i am stucked in a blue screen which says Management Platform in Manufacturing Mode, and below that there is a line in Spanish which I assume to be "Press Esc to enter setup". So I pressed Esc, but all I got was a black screen which just lists information on my computer's specs (cpu, ram, etc). Below it was the same line in Spanish. There is no advanced setup or going into bios configuration itself.

In the blue screen itself, at the bottom left there is a number which says 7.11 which I assume to be the bios version.

I know this question has been asked multiple times, but I've tried all that I could find on the web. Resetted CMOS, password, tried changing rams, harddisk, etc. Nothing has changed. Can anyone please, please help me with this? How do I get out of this manufacturing mode???

EDIT: Sorry, my computer is actually HP ENVY 23-d055

There is now only just a single short beep, but it only sounds out after a while on the blue screen.

Hi,

Your PC should be covered by warranty so it's best to return it.

Your issue of being in "manufacturing mode" was posted years back when then situation happened to another OP. Reflashing the BIOS was the solution for that particular situation. The BIOS level posted by HP is 8.16 and not 7.1.

Check the jumpers below and make sure that they are in the positions as shown.

I no longer have the warranty and to repair it is pretty expensive for an old computer. Getting the motherboard to replace was alot cheaper.

Pardon for being a noob, how do I upgrade my BIOS level from 7.11 to 8.16? I can't access Windows (since I cant even get past manufacturing mode), I can't access the BIOS (since all I see are the blue screen, which goes into the black screen when I press ESC, unable to go into anything else after pressing the ESC)

Here are pictures for reference.

On boot, I will first reach this page

After pressing ESC (or F10,F11,F12) I will reach here

Further pressing/holding of any buttons does not help at all

EDIT: Made a mistake, my computer is actually HP ENVY 23-d055
