For those reading, Manufacturer Part #CZ15564001 is

For this printer:

and

HP Officejet 660/6700 Firmware Update

Printer Firmware

If the package to which you refer is the firmware update:

Depending on available options on your printer, you may be able to search for and install the Firmware updates from the printer control panel.

Regardless of the method used (directly from printer) or as a manual download and installation using your computer, you need a stable network connection, permission to save files to your device, and enough bandwidth to actually download the installation file.

The printer software (Full Feature Software) can be downloaded from the printer Support Website (link above).  The requirements are the same:  Stable network, permission to save files to your device, and enough bandwidth to handle the file size.

You could try / check:

• A different browser - the browser you are using may be preventing the download.
• Your security software parameters to ensure your Security software is not refusing the download.
• Use the Doctor to look for - and repair issues.  The Doctor is not "magic"; it does work on some types of problems.
