HP Pavilion p7-1205 Desktop PC

I am trying to install a new motherboard but need help identifying the wires in the ATX case and what they connect to.  IE Front USB, Power button, etc.

Dude.. you dont need pics of my motherboard, or he connections on my mother board, all you need to know is the model of he atx case that HP uses on the p7-1205 and which tower wires connect to what type of interface.

OK finally got it worked out.. from the top of the case comes the wire to the on/of swith or PWR pins on the mother board.

Next you find a front panel lead with a yellow socket (7 pin) which connects to the front panel pins on your mother board *also yellow*  Next another white 8 pin socket that connects to USB pins on mother board, a black USB socket that connects to the other USB2 pins.     Figured it out through trial and error and magnifying glass.

There are no labels of any kind on the front chassis leads, so before changing your motherboard, I recommend putting tape on the leads and labeling them as you take them off.
