Hello, i have issue with my new i5 3470 i try to replace with my old i3 3220 but sadly no screen show up and i hear a 5 beep i search about it i figure out that the bios is the problem but I dont want to risk my pc to upgrade ramdom bios thats why I'm here i really need my pc for school work btw my pc specs

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz
System bios K01 v02.83
I really need what bios i need to upgrade to i5 3470 I don't have really knowledge about computer but I'm trying to know about it

Hi:
5-beeps is a memory problem, and you won't be able to update the BIOS until you clear the 5-beep code error.
See the troubleshooting guide at the link below, appendix A, page 58 for how to troubleshoot the 5-beep code error:

The i5-3470 was supported in the model series, so a BIOS update is probably not necessary.
