Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP All-In-One 22 Df0xxx moniter. I'm not totally sure how or if I can upgrade or change my graphics card or not. The issue is when I first start up my desktop, it takes at least 15 minutes minimum for my desktop not to be laggy in general. For example, my typing would be delayed or it would take forever just to process and load any websites and apps. I don't know what type of computer would be good for desktop if needed. GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 601. Graphics Driver: 20.0.101.1191. Graphics Memory: Dedicated 128 MB. Shader Version: 6.5. CPU: Intel(R) Celeron(R) G5905T, CPU @ 3.30GHz. I have no idea what these numbers mean besides like GPU and CPU and a bit about graphics.
