Product: HP All-in-One PC 27-dp1000i (1K788AV)

Buongiorno stamattina  all'avvio del PC con installato Windows 11 22H2 c'è stato un arresto non corretto di Windows 11 segnalato da Visualizza Cronologia Affidabilita' ! Di recente ho scaricato aggiornamenti  driver da Intel Driver & Support Assistant per la scheda grafica Intel Iris XE prima di farlo ho contattato HP mi hanno detto che potevo farlo che non da nessun problema ! Potrebbe essere questa la causa ?  Ho fatto diagnostica hardware nessun problema e anche DISM e sfc tutto ok ! Il BIOS è aggiornato anche il sistema e tutte le App anche quelle di terzi!  Generalmente non ho periferiche collegate al PC solo tastiera e mouse wireless !  Poi il PC non ha dato piu' problemi ! Cosa posso fare per identificare il problema? Cordiali saluti ! Carlo Boselli
