I currently own a HP ENVY All-in-One 34-c1070xtBundle PC. I comes with 8gb pci5-4800B-SCO x2 for a total of 16gb. I want to upgrade and purchase 16gb memory x2 for a total of 32gb. I cannot for the life of me find compatible memory. I get an error message about incompatible memory at start up and then it shuts down. HP tech support sucks and they cannot tell me!!!! Crazy. Please help!!!
