You'll most likely see some messages on your screen saying that it detected different RAM. It may take a couple of restarts for your motherboard to recognize and adjust to the new memory you’ve installed -no worries if your computer is acting funny at first. Let it run for a few minutes, then restart it and everything will be back to normal.

As per MT16HTF25664AY-800G1 Micron Technology Inc, MT16HTF25664AY-800G1 Datasheet - Page 22 (elcodis.com) your Micron MT16HTF25664AY-800G1 also has a 1.8V "Operating Supply Voltage".
