Input Power for HP Pavilion Model No. 500-267c Power Switch

HP Recommended
Pavilion 500-267c

I have a HP Pavilion Model No. 500-267c. It was purchased and used in the USA.  Now, the unit is in the Philippines.  The USA electrical grid provides 110 Volt power while the Philippines provides 220 Volt.

My question is about the red switch in back of the desktop.  It appears to select voltage input with two choices 230 V and 120 V. Am I able to use this Desktop by switching to 230 V (with number showing) and plug into the Philippine system?IMG_5030.JPG

@jbcebu , welcome to the forum.

Yes!  Here are the Product Specifications for the computer:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-500-200-desktop-pc-series/5399647/model/6716372/doc...

If you look at the section titled "Power Supply" it shows the range as 100V to 240V.  So, it will work fine when switched to the 240V setting.
