Microsoft Windows 11

Added a Msi Gtx 1050ti graphics card to my hp DP01-3006. Windows 11 not recognizing. So I tried a Radeon hd 5570 2gb which draws very little power. I finally got drivers loaded and it shows up in device manager. But computer will not boot with card installed. Both graphics cards tested in my other computer. I would like to install the Gtx 1050ti. Everyone says it will work with 310 watt power supply. Bios advanced tab is locked and I can’t switch to installed graphics cards.

I wonder if both of the graphics cards you tried to install are too old for your PC's BIOS to support?

See if disabling the secure boot setting gets either card to work.

If it does, then the only drawback would be that you would either have to remove the graphics card once a year when Microsoft releases the next build of W11 (for example 25H2), or use a software workaround to upgrade to the next build of W11 when it comes out so that W11 doesn't complain that secure boot is disabled which is a W11 requirement to have enabled on a PC that came with W11.
