Hi:
HP does not support your PC for W10 as there are no W10 drivers for it on the support page.
But that does not necessarily mean your PC cannot run W10, because W10 may automatically install the necessary drivers.
If you want to try upgrading your PC to W10, you can make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.
It will be easier to make the media on another PC running W10.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After the installation media has been created, do not boot from it.
Open the flash drive in Windows explorer and double click on the setup application to begin the upgrade process to W10.
After W10 has completed installing check how things work and if things don't work right, you have 10 days to go back to W8.1.
Go back to Windows 8.1 - Microsoft Support
