I need install a graphics card into a HP pro 3400 series mid tower and the card is 10.24" x 4.96". Will it fit in the case?

It is no bargain. These are off-lease Business Class computers that, at best, were circa 2011, and had WIN 7. That means a Legacy BIOS, as UEFI did not release until the fall of 2012. But you can find out the truth. Is your system Legacy BIOS or UEFI , test it now for the Boot Environment. You do realize that unit is circa early 2011? Specs here
