Im about to intall a graphics card.  Is it necessary to disable the onbourd video that comes with the motherboard.  If so, how do I do it?

Hi:

There should be no need to disable the onboard graphics in the BIOS.

The PC will detect the add-on graphics card and automatically disable the onboard graphics.

I just hope you didn't buy a new or very recent model graphics card because they won't work with the legacy BIOS your PC has.

Thanks for the reply Paul.  I have nvidia GeForce 210.  Do you think it will be compatible?  If not do you have any suggested model?

You're very welcome.

The GT210 should work just fine as far as the legacy BIOS is concerned.
