I am trying to install a memory upgrade in my IHP 24-e028cy All-in-One Desktop PC, but I cannot locate any documentation on how to access the DIMM slot. I assume I need to remove the back cover of the unit, but there do not appear to be any screws holding it on.
Where can I get a manual descibing how to accomplish this?

Thanks for the quick reply. I did a chat with the support group. After letting them take control of my computer so that they could type a URL into my browser and show me a video (they would not just give me the link for me to type in), I figured it out.
The HP Envy 24-e000 does not have the screws on the back. You remove the stand (two captive screws located where the legs enter the unit), remove one screw located where the stand was mounted, and then unsnap the back of the system off (starting at the top of the unit).
Frustrating that there was no documentation available for this on their support site, but I hope the one sentance explination above will help someone else.

Documentation is lacking. There should be 2 captive held screws on the bottom edge. After that, the case separates using a plastic tool, similiar to a putty knife. It snaps away bit by bit. There is only 1 DIMM slot, and it has a max of 8GB.
