I have a Nvidia Quatro K4200 gpu,  and my pc is a HP 8200 elite CMT.  After I got the GPU installed,  I turned it on and I got a message reading,  "Please install power cable for Graphics Card".  So now I have to ask, once I get this power cable, how do I install this on my computer's motherboard ?

There is no graphics PCIe power cable on your PC's PSU so installing the Nvidia Quatro K4200 GPU is not going to work.

Without the PCIe power connector from a PSU, the graphics card will stress the PCIe slot that it is plugged into.

Keeping the Nvidia Quatro K4200 GPU installed will have negative results on the service life of your PC's motherboard.

The problem is that the PSU is a proprietary type that is made specifically for your HP 8200 elite CMT.

Thank you for replying back Erico. I did see a YT video yesterday that the same problem like mine. In the video, he was able to solve the problem by upgrading the PSU to 500 watts, and a 24/6 pin adapter.  I wish he had said what company makes that PSU, I really need to one like that, because I noticed it had a connection for the 24/6 pin adapter.  There may be some other videos I can try and find on what kinds of PSU has that connection.  Thanks again for helping me out, I appreciate. 👍🏿
