Yes, there are three SATA ports on the motherboard.  You can use SATA 0, 1 or 2 for the hard drive upgrade.  You will need a SATA power connector on your power supply unit (PSU) and a SATA data cable to connect to the SATA port on the motherboard:https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16812119052?Description=sata%20data%20cable&cm_re=sata_data%20cable-_-1...

They are very light and can be mounted in any space using velcro, if necessary.
