Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i am requesting assistance on downloading integrated USB camera on my devise, because I am trying to sit for my exam of lead auditor on quality .org platform but the exam cannot load and am getting a pop up saying that I need to have the integrated usb camera however an external camera is detected so the exam wont load. Can you urgently assist with this since the deadline for submission is catching up with me and am out of sorts. thank you
