Hello to All!
Is it possible that Intel graphic 4600 works with Nvidia discrete video card together (the integrated adapter is used for its intended purpose and Nvidia GPU is used for computing by neural network algorithmes)?
I did connect Nvidia card to PCIe x16 and then to PCIe x1 (by riser with USB3 cable) and in both cases the integrated graphic was been off, unfortunately.
Motherboard: HP 18E4, Chipset Haswell, Q87; BIOS v. 2.21 (Dec 2013)
Discrete card: Nvidia GTX 750 Ti
Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit

If there is a video card in the PCIe slot, the onboard video is automatically disabled, and that is that.

Thank You for your answer. I hoped that there exist a modern solution like Lucidlogix (for example), but native for either HP or Nvidia...
Then another question:
Is it safe to connect both the integrated graphics and the discrete video card to the same monitor simultaneously?
(for concreteness: I can connect the integrated graphic by DisplayPort cable, and the Nvidia card by DVI cable)
