HP z240 worstations already have  integrated GBE(port #3)  why you need another card ?

But if you wish ta change to Intel® Ethernet I210-T1 PCIe Network Interface Card, it will fit. There are few spare slots at the back

I was not aware of the GBE port #3 being there.  My sales person's supervisor told me that I needed a Intel® Ethernet I210-T1 PCIe Network Interface Card - PCIe to connect to the internet.

Which is right?
