Can we upgrade Destop Intel(R) Pentium(R) Silver J5005 CPU 1.5 Ghz  to 3.0 Ghz processor or any other like i5 or i7

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like you can.

 

Please confirm that you got a PC fitted with the BohemiaP motherboard (SSID: 8648) as it looks like you do.  Its specs provide this processor upgrade possibilities:

In other words, there are none recommended by HP.  It may even be the case that your Pentium Silver J5005 is actually soldered onto your motherboard, meaning, you cannot remove/upgrade it.  But even if you could remove it, the compatible processor options are very slim indeed and would not provide any meaningful processing improvement anyway:
