I have my computer connected to the internet via Ethernet. It will allow google searches and will open to the first screen in the internet browser. It will not let us update our browser. If we click on something in a google search it says we are not connected to the internet. So although we are connected, it says we aren’t. How do we troubleshoot this issue?
