Hi, I'm thinking of upgrading my RAM with Hyperx 16gb DDR4. Is my PC model compatible with this component?

@Jethro2308 -- the web-site:  www.crucial.com is very useful for determining compatible RAM, and the maximum amount of RAM that your specific computer will support.

Open the Windows "Task Manager", and click on its "Performance" tab, to see how much RAM you currently have, and how much of it is currently NOT being used. For example, if your computer has 8 GB of RAM, and the graph shows that less than 4 GB is being used, then upgrading to 16 GB is a waste of your money.
