Product: HP Mini-in-One 24 Display
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

 

I recently purchased the HP Mini-in-One 24 Display to use as a monitor with my MacBook Pro (MacOS Catalina). I want to confirm that this desktop can be used as a monitor with my laptop. I also bought a USB-C to USB-A adapter to try to connect the two and have not had any success.

 

I would greatly any help with this process!

@Iris_Hinh -- which is your device:

The first is just a monitor, with one DisplayPort input but since you mention "desktop", the second is an All-In-One that includes a Small Form Factor PC.
