Is a RAM upgrade Possible?

Can i Upgrade The RAM on this MODEL? The specs say:

"Memory

8 GB LPDDR5-5500 MT/s (onboard) Transfer rates up to 5500 MT/s. onboard"

but also: 

"Memory Slots

2 SODIMM"

and: 

Expansion slots

2 M.2 (1 for SSD, 1 for WLAN)

What does this all Mean and can i upgrade the RAM?

LPDDR memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

There aren't any SODIMM memory slots.

The only memory there is would be the LPDDR5 memory soldered to the motherboard.

Here's an eBay listing of the motherboard your PC comes with and as you can see, there are no memory slots.

I imagine that those two black rectangular blocks in the center of the motherboard picture are the 2 x 4 GB of onboard memory .

I see, I was just a bit confused because on the HP support site from the PC specs was "Memory slots: 2x SODIMM", but thank you for explaining

That's unfortunate you read a page where the specs indicated it came with 2 Sodimm slots.

I can't find any specs on the PC itself from HP but I did find this one from a retailer and it indicates only 8 GB of LPDDR5 memory.

I did find the HP motherboard specs indicate that the motherboard could come configured with either 8 GB or 16 GB of onboard memory.

I'm sorry that you made a buying decision based on incorrect information because nowadays 8 GB of memory is barely enough.

You are right that the Official specs for this series can be misleading, and this is because they describe two completely different systems: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 27-cr0000a and 24-cr0000a series.
