Is it impossible to upgrade my video drive's Intel Core-i5-4570S CPU to GE Force MSI 2GB low-profile video card?

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

Your PC uses a MXM graphics card which would require you to purchase a higher wattage power supply as well as a heatsink to install on top of the graphics card.

The parts will probably be relatively expensive, hard to find, and the heat sink may be even harder to find than the graphics card.

It would probably be cheaper for you to buy an 800 G1 or 800 G2 SFF in used but tested and working condition on eBay and install a low-profile graphics card in one of those.
