Almost daily the HP Support Assistant app tells me there is an update available for HP JumpStart, and every time I go through the procedure to download and install the update.  Is this normal, or is something wrong with my installation?  And if something is wrong with my  installation, how do I fix that?  Obviously downloading and installing the update daily is not helping any.

I understand that you are facing the issue with a jumpstart update.

 

Please check if any pending windows update is pending on windows update.

 

Did you install all the latest driver updates for BIOS, Chipset and Graphics card?

  • If not, Click here to find and install the same.
