I need to use photoshop but this computer is not compatible, can I buy a graphics card to replace current one and install myself?

Yes see p. 24 of the Upgrade Manual here:
The limiting factor will be the 310w power supply so you will have to get something modest that is bus powered. That is, needs no power supply lead attached to the card or if it does, requires little power to run. Still should be good enough to run Photoshop which needs dedicated video but not super high end. May also want to consider upgrading RAM. Photoshop craves memory to work well.
