250 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Environment:
System board: ID 81ec
Bios version: F.23
Bios vendor: Insyde

The problem is that I can't enable security boot in BIOS because this option is disabled and not editable. I've read that in order to enable security boot AMI bios should be installed https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c04784866

Unfortunately only Insyde bios is available for my pc here HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads

Is it possible to update Insyde bios by AMI?

Thank you in advance

Sergey

Hi,

Open up the command prompt (admin) and enter: MSINFO32

Is the BIOS mode set to UEFI?

There is a BIOS update posted by HP for the HP 250 G5 Notebook.
