Hello
it could be different depending on the model
HP Compaq 8200 Elite All-in-One PC
HP Compaq 8200 Elite Ultra-slim PC
HP Compaq 8200 Elite Microtower PC
HP Compaq 8200 Elite Convertible Minitower PC
HP Compaq 8200 Elite Small Form Factor PC
we would need the product number P / N
HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? | HP® Customer Support
but it is possible that this information is not found, the documents do not always mention it
Otherwise, it can be deduced from the graphics card installed, or what is available for the model.
Technical Reference Guide for HP Compaq 8200 Elite Series Business PCs
for example i see here 2.0

Hi, @AMIN41148
Below is the link to the Intel chipset specs for the 8200 Elite.
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/52812/intel-q67-express-chipset.html
The PCIe x revision is 2.0.
I have two 8200 Elite CMT's running on the latest version of W10 Pro, with BIOS v2.28 and I have a nVidia GT 730 in one and a GT 1030 in the other, and they both work just fine.
I know the GT 1030 is PCIe x 3.0.
The model series was released to market in early 2011.
I bought one of mine new in June of 2011.
